If Indians get killed in bomb blasts, they have only themselves to blame.

It’s official. It’s conclusive. What we all always knew.

And this time you better listen to it.

India’s perspicacious Home Minister has spoken,

In the festival season, as pandals (tents) are decked up and markets are abuzz with shoppers, comes a dire warning from no less than the Home Minister, Shivraj Patil ? terror attacks are likely at crowded places.

“Religious places, police and politicians can be targeted. Sleeper cells can be found in mega cities and be used by them (terrorists),” said Patil.[link]

So bad such intelligence wasn’t in display before. Or the scores of Indians who have lost their lives in the last three years–nay sacrificed themselves, so that the most infuriatingly incompetent home minister in India’s history could continue to cling to power–could have been saved.

Now Patil can go back to sleep. Till the next terror attack happens.

And then claim: ”I told you so.”
