The Greatest sin done to Hindus is reservation to muslims, christains, then Are Hindus are orphans.?
Since we are calm goers the so called secular political parties are taking advantage and they want to divide the vote of Hindus, to consolidate the muslims, christine votes they are adopting this kind of illegal steps.
I request Supreme court and other courts to stop this religion based reservation in our Hindu Land.
This secular parties in others words Anti Hindu parties are adopting this.
In Tamilnadu Minister is saying they will go ahead with reservationfor Muslims, christine, it is quite ridiculous, and even Muslimsand Christine are coming under BC Category in tamilnadu.
Then it is quite evident political parties want to kill Hindus slow by slow since Hindus vote share is going to BJP.
Their main motto they do not want BJP to come, there is why they are classifying as communal party for their own reasons, a selfish motive who will be forgetting the ideology of the party.mixes any body so that BJP should not come.
Hence giving reservation to minorities is like slow poison of Hindus, then tomorrow muslim subgroups want seperate quota in quota, then hindus sub caste also started for more quota, then it will exceed 100%.
This is a dangerous move by UPA govt keeping snake on hand.

I request supreme court to stop this religion based reservation.
secondly supreme court should also to stop the caste parties who are superheading in tamilnadu.
In TN more then dozen parties are castebased parties who have started less then two years ago, and each one wants to come up, hence cut throat competion, lot of loose talks to come up due to competitiion.
Hence supreme court should not allow caste based parties to develope.and it is only dividing india into fool status.

THIS RESERVATION BENEFICIARRIES ARE ONLY RICHER SEGMENT OF OBC AND POOR SEGMENT OF OBC.
MY PARENTS ARE INTERCASTE PEOPLE MY FATHER IS SC, AND MY MOTHER IS BRAHAMIN.
I FEEL ASHMED OF TREATING BRAHAMINS AS A SLAVERY IN TAMILNADU, AND IN NO STATE THESE KIND OF TREATMENT WILL BE METED OUT,
THESE ANTI BRAHMINS ARE METED OUT BY DRAVIDAN PARTIES THAT IS DMK,AND DK 60 YEARS BACK, AND RESERVATION IS ALSO IN TN FOR THE LAST 60 YEARS.

OUR POLITICAL PARTIES WANTS 27% RESERVATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION COLLEGES, IT IS MOTIVATED BY DMK,PMK AND DRAVIDAN PARTIES AND NOT CONGRESS.
BUT, ALAS, CONGRESS IS DUMMY, THEY ARE LISTENING ANTI HINDI AND ANTI NORTH PARTY FOR THEIR SURVIVAL.TAMILNADU POLITICIANS ARE ENCASHING THIS SCENARIOS.
IN TN THERE ARE TWO SCENARIOS ONLY ONE IS OBC, SC RESERVATION ANY WHERE EVERYWHERE,AND ANOTHER
CAUVERY WATER DISPUTE , NORMALLY TN POLITICIANS RIDE ON WEAK PEOPLE ONLY LIKE SO CALLED FORWARD CALASSES, AND ANOTHER IS KANNADIGAS, THESE PEOPLE ARE GOD FEARING TYPE AND THEY WILL STRICT TO DHARMA, NOT LIKE DRAVIDAN TAMILIANS.
IN TN RESERVATION HAS BEEN INJECTED INTO THE BLOODS OF TAMILS BY DRAVIDAN PARTIES, FOR VOTE SHARE, TO KEEP AWAY THE BRAHMIN COMMUNITY.
THIS EXTREME KIND OF RACISAMS THEY ARE HAVING.
GENERALLY TAMILS ARE BLACK IN COMPLEXION, THEY DO NOT LIKE WHITE COMPLEXION PEOPLE LIKE NORTH INDIANS.
NOW COMING BACK TO OUR RESERVATIONOF CENTRAL GOVT PROPOSAL IT WILL NOT YIELD ANY HELP TO POOR OBC, IT WILL GIVE BOOST ONLY TO EDUCATED OBC, AND RICH OBC.
WHEN THEY ARE EDUCATED WHY THEY NEED RESERVATION, THIS IS A RIDICULOUS QUESTION, AND EVERY OBC SHOULD FEEL SHAME FOR THESE SELFISH ATTRITUDE, AND IN THE RECENT SURVEY IN TN WHERE RESERVATION IS MORE THEN 70% , THESE OBC, AND SC PEOPLE ARE OCCUPYING GENERAL CATEGOTY SEATS,AND THEY CORNORED 50% SEATS, THEN WHY RESERVATION NEEDS TO THESE PEOPLE.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS SITUVATION WHERE DOCTORS ARE AGITATING FOR PRO RESERVATION RALLY, THAT MEANS THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HAVING CONFIDENCE TO LIVE ON THEIR.
HENCE I APPEAL TO JUDGES NOT TO FOLLOW TN MODELS, THESE SCENARIOS ARE DIFFERENT, THAT IS PURELY ANTI BRAHAMIS ATTRITUDE, HENCE OUR SUPREME COURT SHOULD NOT HEED TO THIS 27% RESERVATION TO OBC IN ELITE INSITUTIONS, THAT WILL ONLY GO THE RICHER OBC.EVEN IN OBC THERE SHOULD BE QUOTA TO ALL STATES OTHERWISE TN OBC WILL TAKE THE MAJOR SHARE, SINCE ALL BIG CASTES ARE OBC AT TN.I REQUEST COURT TO ABIDE BY ECONOMICALLY BASIS RESERVATION FOR OBC.
THEN ONLY WE CAN SEE THE REAL SECULARISAMS AND SOCIAL JUSTICS NOT BY ALLOWING RICH OBC TO BE MORE STRONGER.

There is the need of aplication of the Quota with the creamy layer also. I have three resion in faver of this
1) Researvation is based on the Social justice not the economic census.
2) people belonging the OBC are haveing littel Knowlege about there rights there for genral Catagry peoples are discraminate them.
3) there is no develpment in the living standered of the obc’s after freedum.

When interviewd on the issue of creamy layer in proposed 27% reservation to the OBCs, the union overseas minister Vayalar Ravi said (refer to:
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/2088966.cms):
“Frankly, the Union law ministry’s opinion (Cabinet Note) was not proper. It was not correct to extend the idea of the creamy layer which flows from the Indra Sawhney case regarding job reservations to quotas in educational institutions. These are separate issues.”

Do you think that these two issues are two separate legal issues? Will the SC’s verdict in the case of Indra Sahney’s case hold good for quotas in educational institues OR will the SC consider “job reservations” and “quotas in educational institutions” as two separate things?

The creamy layer needs to be excluded from the purview of the benefits of reservation if the purpose of the reservations is to be achieved.
It sure means more competition if the creamy layer is excluded but that will be in line with the purpose of the reservations and would benefit other OBCs who would not get admitted otherwise.
I have my views in a post titled The Flip Side Of Creamy Layer.
Assuming that 27% OBCs already get admitted to these institutes and that most of them are from creamy layer, I have tried to show in my post that if the creamy layer is included then the only thing that might happen is a minor readjustment in the existing setup without affecting the total number of seats in the open category.

It is depressing that the politicians would approve a bill on the house that openly flies in the face of established precedents. Now, the SC has to step in and take up the unpleasant task of cleaning up the mess left behind. Either that or everyone throws the constitution aside – and decide to run the country on goonda power.

Thanks to the amazing foresight of a great man called Nani Palkhivala, the constition cannot be amended at will. Any amendment that goes against the so called basic structure will be declared void. If the cap is raised higher than 50%, quotas will no longer be the exception – it will become the rule and equality will be the exception. Ambedkar himself declared that “Under no circumstances, can the exception be allowed to swallow the rule”.
